Repair Parts for ET312B
While you may never have a problem with your ErosTek ET312B, after a many years of use, some things may wear out. Like the output level pots. Or the battery. If it’s within warranty, let us know. Here’s a list of the most common repair parts and their sources:
Rechargeable Battery Module
Part: RP300 available from ErosTek
– Includes mounting bracket and instructions.
Output Potentiometers (Level A and B)
Part: RP302 available from ErosTek
– Replace if output levels become erratic or unreliable.
Battery Charging IC (U13#)
Part: LM2941CT available from DigiKey
– Replace whenever battery fails to charge.
– Connecting the wrong AC adapter is a normal cause of failure of this IC.
– Observe ESD precautions for handling static-sensitive components.
Output Transistors (Q3, Q4)
Part: IRF9Z24N available from DigiKey
– Replace both to resolve “Failure 20” errors.
– Observe ESD precautions for handling static-sensitive components.
Tact Switches (Up / Down / Menu / OK switches)
Part: TL1100CF160Q available from DigiKey
– These switches are rated for 100,000 presses but not if liquids get inside 🙂
– Replace as needed

Customs duties for international shipments
Some more questions and answers regarding International Shipping…
Q: I’d like to avoid paying customs duties by having you state that my order is a “gift” or reducing the value. Is this OK? Thanks.
A: It’s illegal to state that an order from us is a gift or to list anything less than the actual value of the items on customs forms. Where this might have gone unnoticed in the past, the prevalence of the internet and search engines like Google make it very easy for customs officers to check a listed value against its market value. While I too dislike paying extra for things I want, this is the nature of doing business between countries and we have decided long ago to do it right and list the values accurately. This avoids delays and potential embarrassment by officials who scan incoming packages through customs. It also allows us to insure the packages to their full value in case of damage or loss during transit.
Q: Can you ship to Russia?
A: No. We are not able to reliably get our products through customs in Russia.
Q: How much will it cost to receive my package through customs. How long it will take for me to get it?
A: This depends on the country you live in. Most countries add sales taxes to incoming shipments. There may be additional fees. Estimate 20% added to the product total (less shipping costs).
Q: I live in Australia. Do you have an adapter that will work here?
A: The included AC adapter is a newer auto-sensing type and will work in any country and comes with 3 plug inserts for outlets having a UL (US/Canada), EU or UK mains connector. You will need a slip on plug convertor to change one of those pin types to the ones used in Australia or other countries. There is no need for another transformer to convert the voltage or frequency (Hz). Our AC adapter does this automatically.
International Shipments…yes!

Yes – we ship most anywhere in the world via United Postal Service and United Parcel Service (UPS) – including:
- United States and territories
- APO/FPO addresses via US Postal Service
- EU member countries
- Canada
- Mexico

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on the weight of your purchase and type of delivery service you choose. UPS Ground is very inexpensive and allows next day delivery if you’re in our local area – within 150 miles to zip code 94903 – including San Francisco, Sacramento, San Jose, Oakland, and Santa Cruz. We’ve also enabled Next-Day Air, 2-Day and 3-Day service so you can decide the shipping speed you want. US Postal Service options include First Class, Priority Mail and Express Mail. And we ship all orders received by Noon the same business day. So you’ll get your order quickly, and discreetly in plain packages with no mention of the ErosTek brand.

I just went to www.sextek.com and ended up at the ErosTek Online Store. What happened?

Web traffic directed to SexTek.com is now automatically redirected to our new ErosTek Shop.
In 1997, we registered the domain name SexTek.com and began developing innovative electrostim accessories to sell to dealers and from the website. Our first products included the first-generation of the ElectroCup, the unique FlexProbe and a new adjustable cockring – the ElectroBand or “E-Band.”
When we partnerned with and later acquired ErosTek, we saw the need to develop and deploy a more modern e-commerce site that would allow us to add products, show videos and enable new features to make buying faster and easier. This new site runs on its own secure (SSL protected) domain, with room to grow.

ErosLink is not working on latest version of Mac OS X Lion
Being a hardcore Apple user myself, I’m sad to report that ErosLink ET312B for Mac OS X does not work on the latest version of Mac OS X due to the way the application is seen by the new OS. Although it was updated to work on both PowerPC and Intel platforms years ago, this latest OS breaks the app in a novel way and I won’t be able to offer a Mac OS X version until I work out the details.
