International Shipments…yes!
We have been receiving a few emails lately asking if we ship to countries outside the USA.
Yes – we ship most anywhere in the world via United Postal Service and United Parcel Service (UPS) – including:
- United States and territories
- APO/FPO addresses via US Postal Service
- EU member countries
- Canada
- Mexico
- Asia
Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on the weight of your purchase and type of delivery service you choose. UPS Ground is very inexpensive and allows next day delivery if you’re in our local area – within 150 miles to zip code 94903 – including San Francisco, Sacramento, San Jose, Oakland, and Santa Cruz. We’ve also enabled Next-Day Air, 2-Day and 3-Day service so you can decide the shipping speed you want. US Postal Service options include First Class, Priority Mail and Express Mail. And we ship all orders received by Noon the same business day. So you’ll get your order quickly, and discreetly in plain packages with no mention of the ErosTek brand.
A wonderful product and had my 312 machine 5 years now with countless hours of pleasure, the only advice I would give is get extra power leeds as they are the one source that keep giving trouble, the flex does not last, but that can be easily fixed locally wherever you are.

The down side is that the UK add additional tax which is collected on delivery making it more expensive
Yes, each country charges customs duties on incoming shipments. The rate appears to be similar to the VAT charged for purchases between EU countries.
