If so, are you increasing the output levels of the remote ET302R using the remote transmitter in order to start feeling a sensation?

I can hear the power in the box and the fob but nada for me. I have used the ET312 many times and love it. I have gone through the manual but nothing answers the Q. I would happily purchase a new cable (as I suspect this might be the problem) but I need right angle banana jacks not straights as you only appear to sell. Any ideas?

I can assure you: The ET312B “Link” capability is real. You need a ET312 Link Cable in order for this feature to work. The stereo cable that comes with the ET312B is used to connect an mp3 player or other audio source to your ET312 via the “Audio” input jack and won’t work for linking two ET312 units together.
